º£½ÇÉçÇø is hosting a weeklong esports camp this summer to offer young gamers an opportunity to develop their Marvel Rival skills while building friendships in a supportive environment. The residential camp will run from May 31 to June 5.
The innovative program combines intensive gaming sessions with structured tournaments and team challenges designed to enhance players' strategic thinking and teamwork abilities. Participants of all skill levels will benefit from the camp's comprehensive approach to esports education. The camp is open to students who will complete eighth grade to 12th grade during the 2025-2026 academic year.
"We've created an experience that goes beyond just playing games," said Jeffrey Sheldon, º£½ÇÉçÇø’ esports coach. "Our goal is to foster a community where young gamers can connect, learn and grow both as players and individuals."
In addition to working with collegiate players and coaches to develop in-game strategy, campers will participate in team building and physical fitness activities. They will also enjoy special events, including a cosplay competition showcasing favorite gaming characters, a movie night for relaxation and bonding, and surprise activities throughout the week.
The all-inclusive camp is $650 if registered by March 31, and then the cost increases to $700 after that date. The deadline to register is May 1, but space is limited so early sign-up is recommended. The camp includes on-campus lodging and meals for the entire week. Participants will check in on May 31 at 3 p.m. and depart on June 5 at 4 p.m.
