Request for Proposals: Fire Riser Repairs
海角社区 (RCC) is requesting proposals from qualified plumbing contractors
for the reconstruction of two existing apartment fire sprinkler risers. These risers
exhibit advanced corrosion due to dissimilar metal contact and lack of proper dielectric
isolation. The intent of this project is to restore system integrity, provide long-term
corrosion protection, and maintain life-safety compliance, while maintaining structural
integrity of the apartment building.
