海角社区 will host its annual Fall Family Festival from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, at the Darlington campus, bringing the community together for an evening of fall-themed fun, food and entertainment. A new activity for the older crowd will be a guided, haunted trail on the Darlington property, open from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.

The family-friendly festival will feature seasonal activities including a hayride, costume contest, cake walk, face painting, petting zoo, inflatables, pumpkin painting contest, and more. For an additional cost, guests can also enjoy a variety of food trucks, including Oak City Pizza, Allie's Baking Boutique Mobile Bakery, Antojitos Estela鈥檚, and Brasco鈥檚 Chicken and Waffles.

The Haunted Trail will take participants on a walking tour on 海角社区鈥 historic Darlington property with spooky scenes and unexpected surprises. Haunted Trail admission requires a separate ticket from the Fall Family Festival.

鈥淲e had so much fun at last year鈥檚 inaugural festival, and we are looking forward to expanding the event to include the Haunted Trail,鈥 said 海角社区 President Jena Marr. 鈥淭his is such a great opportunity to welcome the community to our Darlington site to experience so many wonderful Fall activities.鈥

In addition to the festivities, local nonprofit organizations will be on hand to share information about the resources and services they provide in the community.

Festival entry is $10 each, and a Fall Family Festival pack of four can be purchased for $30. Children age 2 and under are admitted free to the festival. Admission to the Haunted Trail is $10 per person.
